PLC & SCADA for Industrial Automation & Process Control System

This is a detailed program through which participants will gain in-depth knowledge in PLC and SCADA that focuses on all the key areas. It will familiarize the participants with the concepts of industrial automation. It covers different topics and modules which includes sensors & control system, testing, wiring diagram, troubleshooting of program, detailed study of preparation of HMI/SCADA system and much more. This interactive course includes various practical sessions and exercises. Theory learnt will be applied using our state-of-the-art simulator.
 

Course Objectives:
✓ Understand the fundamentals principles of the PLC
✓ Apply knowledge and skills on programmable logic controllers (PLC)  and SCADA systems
✓ Discuss the PLC digital bit functions and its application
✓ Carry out PLC programming
✓ Study VFD and its application
✓ Determine the types and various applications of advance control with PLC and the functions of PLC sequencer and PID control along with the analog PLC operation
✓ Ensure the correct application  of Ethernet & TCP/IP networks and be familiarize with Fieldbus and SCADA communication system
✓ Apply the “best practice” decisions on the best and most cost effective use of SCADA open protocols
