Course Objectives

• Perform ABC inventory classification and calculate record accuracy and discrepancies
• Improve with warehouse staff issues
• Develop better skills for housekeeping and safesupervisory skills and deal more effectively ty withinthe warehouse
• Measure warehouse productivity using the right Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
