Minimum 6months - 1year relevant experience.
- Build a relationship with the parent/learner, who signs up on the platform, and be their guiding hand and familiarize them with the product, our vision, and the big picture
- Create the need in every household and have them subscribe to us
- Handle every inbound call and making outbound sales calls with follow-ups.
- Handle parent/learner interactions and queries
- Fix appointments and demo sessions on a daily basis.
- Understand parents/student's needs and offer them relevant products and services while connecting them to the right tutor & convert them to admissions.
- Sales Executives should also generate their leads to drive enrolments i.e. from references / self-generated data self-calling/cold calling to generate meetings.
- Optimum utilization of Leads that will be provided by the company.
- Need to complete daily KPIs with monthly targets through effective convincing and selling skills.
Admission Counsellors’ linguistic, technical, and organizational skills are a prerequisite, but when it comes to building an excellent experience for the parent or learner, another set of skills needs to come to the fore.

The candidate must:

- Have 6 months - 4 years of B2C sales experience
- Be target-driven and achievement-oriented.
- Be enthusiastic and relentless in achieving and exceeding targets
- Be customer (learner) success driven
- Track and manage multiple learners programs from inception to implementation
- Be highly organized and juggle multiple projects
- Have proven track record of converting leads
